Mindfulness Practice
in the tradition of Thich Nhat Hanh
--freedom, simplicity, harmony--
As we miss the present moment, we are born into the realm of time and space, birth and death, with all its karma.
In the present moment, we are in the ultimate realm, where no consciousness of present moment can stand, for consciousness itself requires space and time. Our conscious breathing can take us there. It is at once our anchor and our wings.
The universes, like rippling metal curtains, clang together making multi-dimensional curves of of space-time, endless opportunities for karma.
Fear feeds on time. The timeless realm of the ultimate is fearless, without any awareness of fear or fearlessness--karmaless, birthless, deathless. It has no trace of itself. It is tracelessness itself.
Find the way that has no way to find it and you have arrived in the ultimate. There is no way to The Way. There is only The Way.
